Netverge Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Netverge (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

 

1. Use of the Service

Netverge provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for IT/telecom management. You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

 

3. Intellectual Property

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netverge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

 

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netverge, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

 

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, or Vancouver, British Columbia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at [www.netverge.com/terms] and are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
